BrandSeen is operated by AnyCloud IT LLC. This notice describes the website and early-access registration. The application remains in development.
The current website preview
The product walkthrough is a local simulation. It does not send your questions to an AI provider or perform a brand analysis. The free worksheet can be viewed, copied and downloaded without registration.
Information in the registration forms
Early-access registration requires an email address. Role and business website are optional. Pilot applications also ask for a business website, role, a short explanation of what you want to learn, authority to analyse the brand and acceptance of the pilot application terms.
Optional educational and marketing emails are a separate choice. Please do not put sensitive or confidential information into free-text fields.
Why information is requested
The purposes are to confirm your email, administer early-access interest, review pilot applications, send requested product-availability communications and prevent abuse. Optional marketing uses the separate preference you select. A pilot application does not automatically mean selection.
Analytics and preferences
Optional Google Analytics helps us understand website use when enabled on the public website. It is loaded only after an affirmative analytics choice. Declining it does not prevent use of resources or registration.
Our integration is designed to avoid sending form emails, free-text answers or verification tokens to analytics. Analytics is separate from operational registration records. You can reopen the preference controls from the footer when analytics is enabled.
Service providers and processing
Vercel hosts the website when deployed. Google Cloud stores registration records and runs the signup service; the registration database is in the United States. Brevo sends confirmation and requested registration emails. Google Analytics processes optional website analytics after you accept it. These providers may process information internationally. We do not sell registration information.
Operational security and delivery records may include request times, IP addresses and delivery status. Please do not include sensitive information in a request or application.
Retention
Our signup service removes unconfirmed registrations after 30 days without a state change, and confirmed or unsubscribed registrations after 12 months without a state change. Associated application details and consent records are removed with the registration. Completed or failed email queue records are removed after 30 days. Cleanup runs with the scheduled email worker; an operational outage may delay deletion until service resumes.
Database backups are retained for seven days and transaction recovery logs for seven days; deleted records may remain in those protected backups until they expire. Provider operational logs follow their applicable settings and retention policies. These website rules do not establish a retention policy for the future paid application.
Contact and your choices
You can contact privacy@brandseen.ai about privacy questions or requests concerning information you have provided. You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw optional marketing consent. We may need to verify your request. Rights depend on applicable law; you may also contact your relevant data protection authority.
Optional marketing messages will include an unsubscribe route. Service communications needed to process a request are separate from optional newsletters.
Updates
We will update this notice when our practices change. Paid application use will require its own accurate data-handling disclosures.
